Over the past 18 months, Vision Creative has partnered with Mach Industries to produce product launches, field testing, and marketing content that showcases the company's technology and mission.

This proposal outlines an ongoing production partnership focused exclusively on Mach's long-form YouTube channel.

The goal is to establish a consistent production cadence while creating cinematic, story-driven content that highlights the people, products, and ideas shaping the future of Mach.

Production Approach

Vision Creative will provide full-service production for Mach's YouTube channel, working closely alongside Ethan, Tamara, and Johnny throughout the creative process.

Production Cadence

The proposed production schedule supports:

  • One long-form YouTube video approximately every two weeks

  • Typical runtime of 10–20 minutes

  • Approximately 24 videos annually

The exact production schedule will remain flexible based on launches, testing schedules, company priorities, and total revisions on each edit.

Each production includes:

  • Pre-production planning

  • Principal photography

  • Professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment

  • Editing

  • Color correction

  • Sound mix

  • Motion graphics (as needed)

  • Music licensing

  • Revision rounds - 3 per video

  • Final exports

  • Upload management and publishing support (as needed)

Outside Scope

This proposal is intended specifically for Mach Industries' YouTube channel.

The following services would continue to be quoted separately and are not included in this proposal:

  • Crew-based productions

  • Multi-day travel productions

  • Product launch campaigns

  • Fundraising Campaigns

  • Field testing coverage

  • Photography

  • Additional deliverables outside the regular YouTube production schedule

$10,000 / month + $2,500 / month in Mach Industries equity

Term

12-month production partnership - month to month upon completion

The intent of this engagement is to provide dedicated production support for Mach Industries' YouTube channel while allowing flexibility for the channel to evolve as it grows.

Should the production cadence or scope significantly expand over time, both teams can revisit the partnership accordingly.

Next Steps

Upon approval, Vision Creative will work with the Mach team to establish production timelines, content planning, and the initial release schedule.
