Our goal from the initial phone call all the way through project completion is to provide a clear and detailed plan, constant communication, and provide an exceptional collaborative experience through the entire process.
Step 1
Phone Consultation
Schedule your initial phone consultation with our online scheduler. This is where we can hear about your vision, your brand values, and start to brainstorm how we can create what you are looking for.
Step 2
Pre-Production
This is the stage where we nail down all of the details. Sourcing talent, scouting locations, creating story boards and shot lists, and reviewing them with our clients. If travel is necessary for the shoot, all logistics will be handled, and if permits are necessary for locations this will be handled as well.
Step 3
Production
On shoot days, our crew will arrive with all the necessary equipment. Our Director will work with the client to make sure the vision is coming to life. Our producer will help keep the logistics of the day running smoothly and on time, and make sure all of the details are accounted for.
Step 4
POST-PRODUCTION
Our team of editors will work to assemble your story in to a finished video. Most videos will have a rough draft delivered within 1 to 2 weeks of the final filming day, along with a final draft a week after the client revisions have been submitted. Once the final video has been approved, we will export the video in the proper formats and securely deliver it.
